Your First Week

The University strives to create a working environment that supports its education and research missions through civility, honesty and respect. As you assume your new responsibilities, please familiarize yourself with the University’s expectations for business conduct. If you encounter inappropriate actions such as noncompliance with applicable laws, regulations or policies, accounting irregularities or fraud, or misappropriation of University assets, you are encouraged to report this activity using normal channels of communication as illustrated in the Process for Addressing Inappropriate Activities. A discussion with your supervisor is the preferred method, but the University provides a full range of reporting options, including a hotline that accepts anonymous reports at 1-800-971-4317.
